Increase the capacity of existing HEC programs at six existing project sites

 This objective focuses on increasing capacity of the community to protect crop fields by using chili fences, chili briquettes, establish new CBOs, chili farming, chili processing into chili powder, and provide regular training to existing CBOs and new farmers interested to form CBO and join Tembo Pilipili Program. We are empowering farmers in Tanzania to be responsible in protection of crops against elephant’s raiding and become the main supplier of chili powder in Tanzania and neighbouring countries in East Africa.
